  1. Thanks for this research list of good value home multi gms, I am always changing my training techniques and the one I have stayed away from is a home gym. A few of my friends and also my brother has them and they all typically have something to complain about. However, like everything with a bit of research and feedback from those I just mentioned you can get want you want if you look around hard enough. This review has me one step closer to moving fwd. on a purchase as the Opti 70kg will tick my boxes and get me going the way I want. So thanks for that, Paul

  2. Hey good tips from the video, really enjoyed that part, I have to say I’m much of a gym fanatic, and the techniques in the video are some of the ones I use. I don’t know much about home gym equipment because I’m always going to the gym. I’ve always thought about getting gym equipment for my home, but what I’ve seen from out there before this was big and bulky stuff. the closest thing I’ve came to having a piece of home equipment was the Total Gym. What I’ve seen in your review now has me taking another look at things. I like going to the gym because of friends and family work out and I don’t want a lot of people in my home constantly, but having a piece of equipment home for those days when I don’t feel like going out to the gym would be nice. Great piece of research on home gym equipment here and you’ve gave me some real options to consider for my own home, plus I am quite surprised to see the prices a lot lower than I originally expected from Argos so thanks for pointing me in the right direction

  3. This was a well researched article for cheap home gyms. I always wanted my own home gym but wasn’t sure where to start when buying equipment. I want a home gym that provides the most variety of exercises. Based on your list of models, I like the Muscle Squad Folding Multi Use Bench Gym. I see that it allows you to do upper body and lower body while the others seem to be upper body based. I also like the affordability of the machines. They seem to be in a price range that won’t break my pockets lol and a home delivery included is an absolute must in my opinion. Thanks for sharing!
