  1. The Proworks large padded yoga mat is my choice because it has a carry handle and comes in different colors. It can also be used both indoors and outdoors. Useful as well, not only for pilates or yoga but in any form of exercise and stretching. The video is so inviting. I haven’t tried pilates , but I do some mild exercises prescribed by my physiotherapist. Thanks for the review as it has certainly helped me save at least £5, Thanks, Marita

  2. I normally buy my mats in my own Sports stores but I did not realise that Amazon or Argos had such good value to offer. Particularly the Opti basic exercise mat from Argos which seems to be the cheapest I can see here and the USA pro.
